Shipping policy

All the international orders are sent from the UK with tracking provided. EU orders might be sent from other EU countries to speed up the shipping time.  


Shipping cost

Shipping costs are calculated per weight and destination country. The best way to check the cost is to place the products into the shopping cart, choose your destination country, and proceed with checkout. The cost will be provided at the end of the checkout. 

If your order is weighing more than 30kg or your country is not available at the checkout, please contact us and we will provide an individual price. 

 

Delivery time 

We aim to send the orders out the next day. 

Delivery times after the order is sent: 

  • UK  1-2 days
  • France 3-4 days
  • Germany 3-4 days
  • Italy 4-6 days
  • Spain 5-7 days
  • Belgium 3-4 days
  • Austria 3-4 days
  • Denmark 3-4 days
  • The rest of EU 4-6 days
  • International deliveires 4-8 days.

Custom duties 

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional duties and import taxes may apply.

All customs duties and taxes are the purchaser's responsibility. Please contact your local customs office to get more information on the subject.  

If you refuse to pay the customs fee and the parcel will be returned to us, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

EU and US orders 

All EU and US orders are now with taxes included. That means there are NO additional import/duty taxes and nasty surprises from Customs authorities. What you see is what you pay, it's a final price.
